I’m one of those people who, in the winter, is totally obsessed with the color black. It’s a combination of the ease of wearing that color (everything goes with it, everything and everyone looks good in it, etc.) and living in New York City for a decade. EVERYONE in NYC wears all black everything, like it’s their job! But once Spring and Summer hits, it’s all about the color! Specifically yellow. Yellow is my spirit color. I love the energy of it – it feels bright and sunshine-y and it truly adds a dose of positive energy and vibes to my day when I wear it. I often hear people say no one looks good in yellow but I wholeheartedly believe everyone looks good in yellow.
I was out with some friends one night and one of them made an entrance wearing this bright yellow sweater from H&M. I had been looking for one exactly like it! It’s lightweight enough to wear on cooler Spring days and nights, and it looks good with everything from a scarf and jeans for Spring, to jean shorts and sandals for Summer. I can already tell I’m going to be wearing it for a while, and making a bright and sunny entrance every time I do!
