Most women probably have a closet with at least a few LBDs (little black dresses) in it. Of course the black dress is the easiest thing to wear – it’s my personal default for every event. But I’ve been trying to branch out and get out of my comfort zone and try slinky dresses in other colors. Red makes a statement, and that’s one of the reasons I was immediately drawn to this Express Cut-In Cami Dress. Add to that the square cut top and asymmetrical hemline and I knew I had to have it! I originally bought it to wear on Valentine’s Day but received it later so decided to save it to wear at a later date. The material is soft and plush but lightweight so it was a little too light for Winter anyway, but it’ll definitely be in my Spring/Summer dress rotation!
